SCHOLARSHIPS

 

The VSALGS Scholarship will be given annually to a student who is an American citizen entering the first year of college.  He or she must have maintained a B average or better in high school.  Upon enrolling in a college or university, he/she must take a full load of 12 hours or more.  Additionally, he or she must be related to a VSALGS member who has been two years in the society.  The relationship could be a son, daughter, grandchild, niece or nephew.  

Applications will be available annually the first week of March and must be turned in by April 1st.  
The recipient will be selected by April 30th.

José is a senior at Alexander High School and plans to major in music.  The scholarship funds go to a college of his choice.
